The Business Development (BD) team is responsible for evaluating, pursuing and closing new deals/lands for the company. With a regional set up, the team caters to new opportunities in all 4 regions of India (East, West, North and South) and in the SAARC countries as well. We undertake development in multiple formats (outright purchase, joint development and joint venture) with potential partners. • Title Certificate (from solicitor)
• Copy of Approved Development Plan/NA Order from Collector
• FSI statement from an architect
