Forms available from Monday, May 11, 2009 for 2 weeks at select State Bank of India (SBI) branches in Mumbai and Thane.

TATA Housing Development Company Ltd. (TATA Housing) in association with the State Bank of India will open bookings for its Value Homes ‘Shubh Griha’ on Monday, 11^th May, 2009.  The booking forms will be made available at nine of the State Bank of India branches across Mumbai and Thane for a nominal fee of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Rupees) only. The first ‘Shubh Griha’ property will be launched in Boisar, Mumbai and will offer 1000 units. The Smart Value Homes will be priced between Rs. 3.9/- lacs to Rs. 6.7/- lacs.

Speaking on the response received for ‘Shubh Griha’, Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TATA Housing said, “We are very encouraged with the overwhelming response we have received for ‘Shubh Griha’.  In order to ensure that consumers get an opportunity to book homes with us, we have partnered with the State Bank of India for the dissemination of the application forms and booking of apartments."

Starting 11^th May, 2009, the forms will be available for a period of 2 weeks at the SBI branches in Boisar, Virar, Vasai, Palghar, Nallasopara, Dahanu Road, Thane, Borivali (W) and Andheri (East). Applicants would need to make their bookings within the next 2 weeks along with the initial booking amount of Rs. 10,000/- through bank pay order at the select branches of SBI Bank across Mumbai and Thane. One application form needs to be filled for application for one apartment. The final list of allotments will be declared after 30 days of the last date of booking after a thorough scrutiny of the submitted application forms. TATA Housing will issue allotment letters along with details of the payment schedule. The list of detailed requirements has been provided in the Application form booklet.
